Don't Passover our Brisket!
From Our Smokers to Your Seder!
We couldn't be happier to offer a just slightly off the beaten path take on Passover. Yes, there's brisket, yes there's charoset, and yes, there's horseradish. But, the brisket's smoked (no Texas-sized surprise there), the charoset's made with apples and grapes, and the horseradish comes inside the honey glaze that you'll drizzle over the roasted vegetables before serving.
We've created a delicious dinner that tastes like Texas meets holiday. From smoked brisket and a potato kugel to charoset and spring roasted vegetables, this is a pecan macaroon-finished celebration that's hard to beat.
Maybe you're celebrating Passover on the second night, or maybe you just want one night during the holiday that you don't want to worry about cooking. That's where Hill Country Barbecue Market comes in - their brisket-kugel-macaroon and more cooked dinner is available for pickup from April 14th through April 18th!
